Who We Are
Here at United Greeneries, we are teachers, students, and innovators when it comes to cannabis. We are a dedicated team of horticulturalists, engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs that share a passion for growing this future together. We come from a province with a storied legacy of cannabis cultivation which we are proud to contribute to in the new age of cannabis in Canada. We are a product of the history of BC.
What We Do
Inspired by the innovative spirit of the West Coast pioneers, our team’s desire to perfect each step of our process results in cannabis held to a higher standard. Our commitment to developing new products, lifting up the communities we call home, and providing our customers with the best craft cannabis experience possible is ingrained in everything we do. We listen, we learn, and we constantly look for new ways to innovate in this exciting industry.
Why We Do It
Our first priority is the satisfaction of our customers and patients. We want the communities we call home to feel the positive impact of our presence. As educators, we aim to change the perception of this amazing plant and facilitate a new era of acceptance and innovation.

An early believer in the project, Carol has done just about every job in the company, from raising capital to trimming the harvest, and is now our RPIC (Responsible Person In Charge). It’s safe to say without Carol none of us would be here.
I was introduced to United Greeneries by my son. He knew I was getting antsy and needed to do something, as I had spent the previous 5 years taking care of my husband during his illness. At the same time, United Greeneries needed someone to help them build the company, so I got to work. The idea of possibly helping so many people gave me incredible energy. Best decision I’ve ever made.
An in-house bud tester, Sid is passionate not only about our plants but, above all, the quality of our product. He can tell you the exact cannabinoid profile in 8 minutes or less.
Originally from Northern India, close to Kush mountains, I saw a lot of cannabis plants growing up. Coming from a background in pharmacy and chemistry, I thought there was a lot of research that needed to be done on cannabis, particularly around medicinal values that allow for the treatment of diseases.
Today I’m a professional bud tester, which involves quality assurance and quality control, documentation and record keeping, participating in audits and testing cannabis samples. I focus on the quality of our product and spend a lot of time and effort on paperwork, documentation, testing, and following regulations at the same time.
My job also requires me to interact with all members of the organization and learn from them. I love that I get to come to work and discover new things about the company, business, and market every day.
Combining biology, engineering, and industrial processes to streamline our cultivation (with 10 co-authored patents), Reed is the man who makes it all run.
I’ve been a researcher in plant science for many decades and have my name on numerous research papers published in peer-reviewed journals, as well as around 10 patents. With time, I became more and more interested in making research outcomes relevant by actualizing them through scale and implementation in industrial settings.
I love working with my colleagues at United Greeneries, working with the plants, as well as combining biology, engineering, and industrial processes. The cannabis industry is growing exponentially, which means you learn every day and make huge leaps fairly often, compared to millimetres in more established environments. For example, today, we made our milling process for one of the blends 5 times faster. In one day!
Seeing high-quality finished product go out the door and realizing it’s the successful orchestration of dozens of factors and months of effort by hundreds of people is immensely rewarding.
